The bed was nice and comfy.

I didn't like the dirty AC filter I had to clean. I was not provided the original room I booked and the computer checkin device was a pain.. too much echo and the live agent was double charged me after I said I had prepaid for the room

Price and location. Check in was very easy, also pets are allowed, although I didn't have my fur baby. Next trip

It met the basic criteria of a room for the night with bathroom, wifi, etc. It was passably clean

No reception?! There is a computer screen instead and you have a remote zoom call with someone who can then pop out room keys and parking coupons from a slot on the machine. Disconcerting, poorly explained, poor sound quality and of course they can't take cash payments. and because no-one was on site, the fact that half a dozen rooms were having parties, playing music outdoors loudly, talking outside our room for hours, BBQing and smoking etc gave us noone we call on to shut it down. In the morning there was a 'to go' breakfast apparently but when we went down (someone was there then), were told "they didn't deliver the order, sorry" so no breakfast that day after all. Wasn't expecting much but they still managed to disappoint. Also, not easiest to find since sign out front not illuminated and hotel is hidden from view behdin other properties, one of which is a burnt out shell!
