Great location with not a lot of beach traffic

I’ve had this reservation for 5 months. We got there, checked in, and received our room key. Once we got to the room, the key wouldn’t work. Went to the front desk, received another key, same thing, it wouldn’t work. They called maintenance to come check it out. Apparently there was someone else already occupying the room, turns out the night staff moved someone to the room without putting them in the system. They gave us another room with no kitchenette like I paid for, no towels, no hair dryer, the shower head was broken, and the bed stuff was nasty. Called the front desk and they said the manager would be there the next day. I called the next day, still no manager. Do not waste your money because you will NOT get what you pay for.

This place is very clean, and well taken care of. There was staff on site from sunrise to sunset making sure the grounds were well stocked and clean. I called for extra towels to my room and they were there within 5 minutes. I love that there was a restaurant/bar by the pool, and the bartender Trish was lovely. There were clean towels at the pool, and a public restroom as well. The views were breathtaking and access to the beach was easy. The hotel itself has a vintage charm that I really loved. 10/10 recommend. Keep up the good work! I'll be back next 4th of July!

Only thing I didn't like is that I booked a room with a full kitchen but I didn't get it, and because it was a holiday week they couldn't accommodate me with a room with a full kitchen. I'm not sure if this is a booking.com issue or a hotel issue, but in any event it was a little disappointing. But my stay was so pleasant it really made up for it.

Okay where do I begin! First off the bathroom wrecked of nasty stinky smelly mildew. Then don’t expect to ever receive replacement linens or room freshening. Towels are NEVER changed. Toilet paper must be solid gold because we never got a second roll. For some reason my upstairs neighbor decided to decontaminate their balcony with a 5 gallon bucket of Clorox bleach destroying my new pair of designer Bermuda shorts as I watched to sunset. I did enjoy the full sandy beach on the floor of my room although I would have enjoyed having either a beach rake or a broom. Our room refrigerator was luke warm and fell out of its cabinet on my bare foot. Make sure you bring your own shampoo and conditioner unless you are bald headed. There were 2 miniature half filled bottles that I couldn’t squeeze hard enough to release their precious liquids. Oh did I mention you will NEVER see room service or towels or toilet paper ever again no mater how many days you stay at this BEST WESTERN SIGNATURE COLLECTION HOTEL. There is a delightful outdoor Tiki bar but DO NOT ask for a Pina Colada because the RUDE bartender will simply turn and tell you that she is out of Pina Colada mix and then promptly turn and continue her personal conversation with her boyfriend. Let me mention that the B-A-T-H-R-O-O-M was apparently never been cleaned. There was even blue soap scum on the soap tray even though there isn’t blue soap anywhere to be found. As you may have read in other reviews of this Best Western SIGNATURE COLLECTION HOTEL the floors are filthy. Now let me mention that parking is an issue or should I say the lack of parking. We had to park far from our room every night. And there are NO security cameras in the parking area for safety and security. For some reason the staff seems to be constantly roaming the property but not really serving the guests. Although I was able to tip a young employee to give me a few needed towels on my second night.

Location was great. Right by the beach

Where to begin. Front desk staff not polite,curtious, or welcoming. The smell in the lobby was awful. No towels in room. Asked front desk ,was given 2 towels no hand towels no wash cloths and given an attitude for asking. Seemed likely under influence of drugs and I don't mean weed. Bugs in room on bedding. Hardly any water pressure only utensils in kitchen was 3 butter knives . Pool is small and over crowded. Place is not a resort should not charge resort fees.

It was on the beach front. That’s it.

Room was flinty, black mold in shower, LARGE roach and staff didn’t believe me snd told me they even if they found it, more would come in from the rain, smelled bad, all landscaping and pool area was littered with trash that looked like it had been there for s whole, no towels in room, asked for towels and non brought. Toilet wouldn’t flush right, Had to call again in the morning to get towels, floors were sandy when we walked in, had to call about roach, no one came, do I had to go to the office to get someone, beds very cheap and uncomfortable, would never stay there for $265, what a rip off. As I turned in keys, another person came in and told them it was a very unpleasant stay too. We couldn’t wait to Leave.

Perfect view...comfy clean beds...crisp linen and no nasty coverlet. AC works.

Bathroom bare minimim....needed washcloths but no biggie

Location was great.

I didn’t like the smell of the lobby area, the bathroom in my room was dated and needed to be cleaned, some areas in the room needed to be cleaned as well. (Floor was dirty, surfaces in room were as well)The rule of housekeeping not coming until the fourth day or not being able to receive clean sheets wasn’t pleasant.
