Clean rooms. Location was perfect to walk around downtown SC.

Nice property, friendly staff

TV didn’t work the first day. The view from window was ugly.

Comfortable, convenient, price, quaint, and clean.

No one available at the front desk, no hot water at the bathroom sink, and although the room was clean a extremely strong smelling cleaning chemical smell was in the room.

Rooms and lobby were clean and well decorated. Most of the staff were friendly.

Because of the nature of our stay and my husband’s physical condition, my husband remained in the room for much of the day during our 7 day stay. The 1st day of our stay we received a room cleaning. The second day Housekeeping checked to see if anyone was in and my husband was asleep. We didn’t receive services that day. We didn’t see anyone until day 3. I finally asked that towels be exchanged and trash emptied which was gladly done. No one came on day 4 or 5 even though we were out of the room on day 5. Day 6 we ran out of toilet paper. Front desk gave me a roll. House keeping did empty trash and change out towels after I had asked for service. (I was ok with not changing sheets during our stay from day 2 to day 6 because of my personal environmental concerns about water usage in southern CA.)(Note: housekeeping staff was accommodating and friendly when asked to change out towels and empty trash. In their defense, it was the 4th of July holiday. I can understand that there could have been a staff shortage.) My other concern was the fact that I had gotten my room through a third party. The room was reasonably insulated, but the sounds of the traffic still affected my sleep. And my bed was located close to an adjacent bathroom where the occupants ran their bathroom light/fan all night. The vibration and noise also affected my sleep for the two nights before we left.
