Location to the freeway was good.
Old, run down, bathroom/shower is dated. Very expensive for the quality of the hotel. The hours for breakfast were longer than most hotels, but the options were a bit limited.

Only close to state beaches and cooler...
Upon checking out was asked to re-sign invoice, & Mgr. ( Indian/Heritage) didn’t accept my signature! So, said he’d keep the $200. Incidental deposits. I left the Room better condition than was given, upon arrival!
There was a construction 🚧 wall 2 doors from my room; taped up and vapor’s/noisy area. Upon requesting a new location; from the original site...

on entire unit); slow sink drainage; poor plumbing conditions, & toilet!

Bathtub had not just a little bit of mildew, I have photos. It was like it was abandoned d a year ago. The breakfast had no option but water because the juice machine was broken. Sheet had a tear on it. Stains on comforter. The price for this was outrageous.

I wouldn’t know .I called booking.con stating I would like to change the reservation to Saturday through Sunday. Not Friday through Sunday. The agent stated it would not be a problem and I would only be charged for the night I stay which was around 400. When I arrived the hotel stated I did not have a room and I was charged for the previous night . If I wanted to stay I would have to be charged for the night. I drove three hours to hear this! They said booking.com never contacted them. Horrible experience . Didn’t even use the room. And I was charged because I trusted booking.com. The fact that the hotel couldn’t accommodate the situation was just as bad. No compassion. Customer service was horrendous.

I would like to get a refund for the room since I did not use it and trusted the agent when he said I wouldn’t only be charged for the night I used.

Sofa bed had no mattress and almost caused injury due to folding unexpectedly, housekeeping was extremely poor and I had to ask for towels and trash collection daily. Pillows were worst ever experienced in a hotel or motel room in our experience. Asked for a change of rooms and manager told me that my room was the only suite offered in the hotel and no changes were even possible. Very poor service.

it’s close to the beach, nice heated pool with a spa, the staff is very nice,
breakfast area was a little small and the pillows were a little uncomfortable for me but the beds were nice.

My room had black mold in the bathroom and peeling/blistering paint. The shower diverter was leaking which lead to low water pressure and the water did not get hot. The heater in the room was broken and it was a storming cold night. The hair dryer was turned on for a minute and the room started to smell of electrical fire.

The rooms were very spacious very clean they have breakfast Hotel was very quiet right off the freeway and if you come here you'll enjoy the stay
