The breakfast was great

Broken down bed hair in bed, Urine stained blanket in the closet. Bedding didn't fit the and was very worn.

I only stayed one night and had to leave for the airport before breakfast was available. Very happy I was able to take the shuttle to the airport and leave my car until my return a week later. Was hoping to stay the night I returned , but the hotel was completely booked. My shuttle driver was very helpful in finding a room for me next door at the Hampton Inn which was more money and a lot less desirable than Homewood Suites.

I like the room and property. It was really nice

When we walked in we had to wait for the receptionist to get finished with a personal phone call. When we got there they did not have our reservation. It took quite awhile for them to call the manager. He did fix it., Thank God I had all of the emails from Hilton to prove.

I liked friendly staff, nice room, location. Very conviniet that laundry there at the hotel for guests. Nice breakfast. Big fridge in the room.

I didn't like that they didn't have launge chairs and big towels at the pool. Also I wish my room would have been sparkling clean. Bedding was washed but not snow white neither crispy fresh. The wall paper in the kitchen was falling off the wall. I didn't like that too. I wish you fix those things before I come again to stay there.

This hotel was very clean and nice. it had grilling facilities, a nice pool area, and common areas, even a half court basketball court. the rooms were nice and well appointed with full kitchen and lots of space.

The only downsides were: 1) the breakfast area is quite small and difficult to navigate with lots of people (coffee is located way in the back for instance), but could alleviate some tightness if moved to a cart on the wall next to breakfast area. 2) the pool area doesn’t have much seating and no lounge chairs at all.

It was good. My daughter and I like it.

That you do not have room service. We were told when we checked in that you did.

Sofa bed had very thin and uncomfortable matress

When we arrived the hotel said they could not find our reservation. O had made our reservation weeks before our arrival.. showed the desk our receipt of our stay and they were able to give us a room, which was not in the best of shape.

From check in with Kory, to my gorgeous suite with full kitchen, to a delicious breakfast buffet every morning. Just exceptional! I have stayed here before, and liked even better this time. I will be back.

Fair. The burritos served one day were pretty good. Otherwise oatmeal too thick. Last day finally got it rights. Omelettes dry and tasteless. Soggy potatoes. Sausages and bacon good

Housekeeping. Never came. Was scheduled on Sunday. No show. Promised on Monday. Maid next door said she would clean it. Never done. I had no clean towels had to take off cart or go to front desk. Finally cleaned Monday afternoon after numerous requests. Said they would clean everyday after that. Never came again. Was Here 7 nights. Also maids clanged and banged when cleaning rooms around me. Very disruptive

the room was dirty and there was someone else’s food left in the fridge. The dishwasher was not even emptied. The sheets were not put on properly and kept coming off (bottom sheet). we stayed there the day after we got married and we’re very unhappy with the rooms cleanliness.

Front desk people were wonderful.
