Ofrecen traslado para recoger en aeropuerto y se llama al número que dan ni siquiera contestan , ni prestan ese servicio tuvimos que pagar taxi, los mensajes que se escriben igualmente no los contestan . No hay restaurantes cerca

Clean well managed and great location for cruise port.

facilty was good. breakfast was good

Check in was SO,so so slow. we waited 30 min to check in with only 3 people ahead of us., All were complaining

I liked that the location was close to Port Everglades, and it was easy and efficient to use the shuttle service to the cruise terminal.

The property is very run down. Not at all what we were expecting. The rooms need some serious remodeling and they didn't look clean because they were so old looking. For the amount we paid, I was hoping it was going to be more up to date. Our key card kept deactivating, despite *not* having it next to a cell phone (as we were told the first time it happened a cell phone would deactivate it). The breakfast wasn't much, and there was zero place to sit, so we grabbed a few items and went back to the room and just ate on the ship later. The night of our stay there was some kind of motorcycle get together, I am happy to say I felt safe due to the police presence, but I am sad to say we would not stay here again.

Everything else. The checkin staff were rude the rooms were not serviced daily

Breakfast wasn't quite what we were expecting, only warm item was waffles and coffee. Was told if stayed longer( after checkout) cost would be $10/hour per person. $30 for early checkin.

Breakfast adequate but would have liked more warm options. Was told other items available only on weekends.
