Booked online. King bed and sofa sleeper. Sofa sleeper was a chair. Got rooms switched to a 2 queen. Room was the worst I have ever had for a Holiday Inn Express.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had in my entire life the hotel was disgusting smell bad everything was dirty carpets where sticky beds broken and dirty staff could care less. Had to ask five times for help beds weren’t made have dirty blankets bed was dirty got stains on my hands from trying to put a sheet on the bed. Bathroom was dirty bath tub was plugged. Got given a new room after complaining but staff gave us a room key to an occupied room. Worst hotel stay far away did not stay after all of those issues should have left after the first check in front attendant was rude been working there 10 years but never learnt customer service to busy watching his base ball on his phone

Nothing should be completely torn down and remodeled along with new staff was a knock to the hotel chain you should do somthing to change this

The beds were comfortable

The pool was closed, the washer and dryer was broke, the ice machine was broke, the room I booked got downgraded due to availability.

Clean friendly staff

Super hot hotel room took forever to cool down and still too warm, pool being closed, and the horrifically loud house keeping staff in the mornings

We arrived late but had alerted them we needed a late check in. We were informed when we got there that we didn’t have a room. I explained that we had already paid and showed the front desk clerk our confirmation. He was rude, unhelpful and unknowable about their process. Will never book woth Holiday Inn again.
