it was filthy. Stained carpets in the common areas didn’t look as if it had been cleaned in a long time. The bedding was stained. There was black fuzz on the sheets like they had been washed with something other than whites. The shower had soap scum where soap had been set and hadn’t been cleaned and a used bar of soap was still in the shower. When we arrived there were 3 groups of people in the lobby arguing with staff for refunds because there rooms were extremely dirty. Breakfast - orange juice came out of machine hot like coffee hot. Sign on machine said to get ice from ice machine for the juice. Didn’t eat or drink for fear of getting sick from food. Only hotel with a room available so we stayed as we were tired. Would never recommend this hotel.

The floors, toilet, shower/tub, counters, towel shelf, towels, and bed sheets were all dirty and the room smelt bad the entire time. There were loud guests standing directly in front of my room (located at the end of the hall by a maintenance/supply room) arguing and yelling and an employee who repeatedly walked in front of my room to the supply room, playing loud music on their phones at 7am till checkout. Loud enough to wake me up. The room was also falsely advertised by photos online as the same updated rooms in the Shelbyville location. The location I stayed at was not at all similar in look or cleanliness as the Shelbyville location. The Murfreesboro location was dirty and outdated and I would never stay there again.

it was very dirty. the service at the desk was awful. the heater literally fell off the wall and the other family at the other end of the hall heard it happen at midnight.

the bed hurt my back and a stain on the sheet and dark spot on the tv screen

The staff was great! The location is excellent as well.

The facilites could have been cleaner. The lobby ceiling was being patched up and I had to switch rooms because my TV wouldn't work. The friendliness of the staff made up for the other stuff.

breakfast was not good no bowls for cereal and nothing to put pancake mix in for waffles.

Hotel staff was friendly. Check-in and Check-out was a breeze. The overall experience was pleasant and a good value.
