Location. Well, at least it was close to Buc-ees 🤷🏻‍♂️

Weekend breakfast starts too late…as if people still do not have to awake early and leave.

Proximity to UNT campus, breakfast was nice

Found a bed bug and got refused a refund. I had no other choice than to stay. They did give us another room but we could not rest due to fear of bugs

Everything was great. Staff were wonderful and the room was excellent. Coffee was hot and ready in the early morning. Bagel was fresh and soft.

It was very clean. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was delicious.

No hot water the night we arrived. The indoor pool was cold. The backup on the feeder road took us an hour to go to the other side of the interstate.

Usually the beds are not terribly comfortable. This one was nice.

The prices here were higher than I they should be.

This isn't a movie theater the concession stand is quite expensive considering there is no smell of popcorn in the air. One weird issue is the bathroom floor is slick. Also with all holiday Inn express the doors seem to make a huge noise when shutting them waking up sleepers. Maybe a thin coat of polyurethane may fix the latch iss and some grip stickers or stairway stickers in the bathroom?

Close to University and shopping!
