Staff was great and accommodating. Linda, who works the breakfast was great and very nice.

Was in a reasonable location and the bed was comfortable.

The carpets were filthy, (walking from the shower to my bed to put in socks and my feet were dirty again straight away) the bathroom smelt bad on arrival and didn’t really improve. The WiFi was poor - and the ‘use the strongest signal’ advice was irrelevant as the signals from all kept dropping - this is a really bad WiFi implementation which could be fixed simply. The breakfast was pretty unappetising too, which didn’t help.

Got there was told I didn't have reservations. I had asked to change the date got email from Booking that they had been changed. Motel said they had not. Long story short, after 3 hours, Booking got us another room at a different motel. the lady at the front desk had a attitude! I said I've never had a problem with booking, Her remark was " well you do now". Of course she blamed Booking, I really don't believe Booking would have sent me an email saying it was changed if it was not. Its not a good day when you drive 550 miles in one day then find out you don't have a room! Oh and while Booking was trying to call her she was ignoring the phone.

The location was convenient to the airport. Rooms were very nice. The outside and access to stores and restaurants was a little difficult due to traffic, etc. The staff were awesome! Very kind and helpful.

If I was staying long term I would be looking for a location that allows for walking to services, stores and some experiences. More seating space for breakfast. Some boundaries around the property to ensure some privacy when using amenities.

The breakfast was good but they were a little overcautious with serving the guests, rather than letting them serve themselves. It took much longer and lines were formed. Food was good.

Not enough outdoor seating, especially when the pool was closed.
