People smoking pot on the 3rd floor. I was there for work and it reeked. Reported to the desk and they did nothing. Also we stay here a lot and the lighting above the bathroom sink is terrible for putting on makeup.

Clean room, friendly staff.

Breakfast needed potatoes n oatmeal..food was plain..it was fair..room was clean .pool was closed.

Food...needs flavor n add ons..shredded cheese n diced ham for eggs..cream chz for bagels etc Fresh Coffee only available during lunch..no beverages only vending..no indoor pool..pool closed outside.

The cost of the room is fair and the staff are friendly.

You still have to bring your dirty linens down to the lobby to get fresh ones. People hang around outside the rooms at all times of the night.

Location - easy access to and from 75. Easy access to rooms.

The location was fine. Breakfast was ok, but the owner/manager didn't seem to want to keep everything restocked when there was still one hour to go for the breakfast service. It seemed that she felt most people had already been there and she reluctantly refilled the sausage, orange juice (which was like colored water), bread, muffins, etc. Several people, including myself, had to ask her for more items. The girls from the front desk who also had to restock the breakfast items did a great job on the other days. This was the manager during the week who seemed to restock grudgingly, as if it might cost money and she may not use it all so she would only do it when asked. Our room was clean when we arrived. The desk people were friendly and nice, except for one who seemed to think we were interrupting her.

The TV didn't work and the clerk finally had to come up on the 3rd day and replace the remote. I understand that there would not be room service due to COVID (which is over and no masks are required) but to obtain clean towels we had to bring the dirty ones to the office & exchange them. We had no extra trash bags and had to bring our trash down & get new bags, which were the wrong size. There was only one TINY single use soap & one ketchup style packet of shampoo which was inadequate for 2 people for 4 days. We also had to go down and ask for more of those at the front desk. Overall, customer service was lacking and seemed like the guests were an imposition and interruption instead of the reason the employees and manager were even in business.

Breakfast was just average. The sausage looked like it was boiled or not cooked fully.

Was awaken at 3:30 in the morning with several guest arguing and cussing for at least an hour. I was afraid that I was going to start hearing gun shots. Thankfully there were none. I know this can happen anywhere but I prayed ig God allowed me to get out of this hotel safely that I would never come back.

The bed was good for a king size. Love having our own shower.

The key thing was a problem trying to open it.

The mattress was so comfortable and clean as well as the washroom...the room needs some upgrades

The staff and not having knowledge of the room. The hot tub only stays on for 6 and half minutes and off for 14 and a half minutes. Wasn't as clean as it use to me.

the room was huge and very clean. The jacuzzi tub was awesome!!

The entire place smells like stale cigarettes and weed. Sticky floors.

Personally overpriced for just somewhere to sleep for 1 night. Very basic
