The staff were always friendly. The poor night guy was so overworked. He was doing everything for everyone solo when he needed 3 helpers minimum.

My room was absolutely filthy. I had to go buy my own cleaner and scrub it down myself. I have photos of the way I found the room upon check in. I definitely left it better than I found it. The furniture was in horrible shape.

The location was great!

Cleanliness. Bed is comfortable. Space in the accessible room was decent.

Noise from above. Kids banging on the floor was very audible Breakfast is very simple (coffee/tea, supermarket muffins and granola bars)

The Coffee Maker not only came with coffee & "condiments", but also with a mug & spoon,

Next stay I will request an even numbered room in hopes of avoiding the smokers partying outside. They were still using their "outdoor voices" after midnight.

stephanie in housekeeping does a fantastic job, the male housekeeper was very helpful, and Tamika at front desk is always a pleasant face to greet and help. The other staff members should learn to be just as pleasant.

Most of the other staff was a sharp contrast from the friendly housekeeper and front desk agent, Tamika.

Price was great. Loved kitchenette. Confie bed and pillows.

Having to go to the desk to get stuff for the kitchenette. Carpet needs updating.

Room needs a little updating but for the price was quite good, I will be staying here for the next trip.

Room was not cleaned properly, waited 10-15 minutes for front desk receptionist to come to front desk to check us in.
