Rooms were clean and free breakfast was very nice

Rooms had a funny smell. But worst part was a very strange incident where a drunk customer somehow entered our daughters’ room while we were gone, passed out on one of their beds and had to be taken away by police/paramedics. The only reason we suspected anything happened was that when we returned to the room at night there were two unopened beer cans left on the night stand. We called the front desk to let them know and that’s when we were told the whole story. The staff member changed the sheets in the room, but we don’t know if he had planned to tell us about it or not. We asked for another room, which he arranged, but then my girls started to feel uneasy and decided to just stay with us in our room. We were able to get a full refund on the room, which we appreciated.

Staff was friendly and the breakfast options were decent.

The first floor room was older however better than the second room, which was more dated. The second floor elevator smelled smokey or old. King bed was not as comfortable as the queens on first floor.

Front desk are very nice, when we check in they make us feel comfortable and welcome. Emie at the kitchenette was very helpful and great . Very accomodating staff . We will definitely comeback in Benecia Holiday Inn

The bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly.

There were no black out shades in the room. We were on the ground floor across from a very well lit gas station. The lights from the gas station shown through very brightly through the gauze curtains. It kept waking me up.

Fan was very noisy and the thermostat was confusing. Fortunately the temperature was ok after it was turned off.

Very tiny parking garage. I was charged $100 over what I was told I was going to be paying on a family vacation. Blinds would not shut so room had sun blaring through. Cable TV did not work. No comfortable place to go outside.
