Rooms were very spacious. Pool was nice and warm. Breakfast was amazing. Had great choices. Staff was very nice.

There was not a good place to do makeup. Couch not comfortable, would have preferred 2 lounge chairs.

The hotel hosted our family for Thanksgiving 2022. The Assistant General Manager, Jessica was AWESOME. She was readily available, WHENEVER I needed her. The hotel staff was very helpful and accommodating. They made sure our rooms were all together and assisted each of us when needed. The ENTIRE experience was GREAT from booking to check out!!

the bed sheets had not been changed from the guest before and there where hair in the bed, I slept on the couch. the air con /heating was noisy/ coffee at breakfast was not refilled

The eggs were pretty good & the chocolate milk was very good.

Do not care for Turkey sausage. regular sausage or bacon would have been better.

Breakfast was good, location was good, the rooms had nice amenities.

When we first arrived, we were given a room that had an oder and the sofa bed was cover in stains, the mattress had a big urine stain on it, it was not clean at all. Even though they corrected the problem by giving me another room, I was given a hard time because the hotel was almost booked and I was told because of short supplies of sofa beds, some rooms couldn’t get clean sofa beds. They should be renting the dirty rooms that smelled if that was the case. However, problems solved.

Location was central to the places we planned on visiting. The rooms were clean and plenty of outlets for our devices.

An exercise bike in the fitness room would be great. The scrambled eggs for breakfast weren't good. The sausages needed to brown.

A little cleaner - dusty shelves in sink area where blow dryer kept. Also a personal hygiene item from previous client left on shelf of bedside table (far in the back of it).
