Breakfast was good.

I am beginning to think some hotels give booking guests are given less quiet rooms. We booked months ahead and were given one room by the elevator and one by the ice machine. and the two rooms were on different floors. Not what we expected.

After driving 6 hrs to get there for medical treatment the next morning we were moved for being over booked. The other hotel l felt wasn't comparable. We should have been moved to another Marriott.

I received an email on the day I was supposed to check in, saying that they had to cancel my reservation! And also saying that "We have accepted the responsibility for your hotel accommodations for the night. We have a room reserved for you at...." and never replied when I asked for a confirmation email for the booking they've made and gave me no information about the specs of the room. Forget professionalism, I would expect that email out of decency! Also, the room they booked at a Best Western did not meet the standards of the room I had booked.

Breakfast was hot and tasty.

Bathroom with toilet and shower was too small. Room was comfortable but smaller than most hotels we have stayed in.

The night shift front desk staff was kind enough to resolve the checkin issue caused by the Booking.com app so that I could get a bed to sleep for the night.

Breakfast was okay, but I could not eat the hot food..I was looking for breakfast meats, not all that heated up frozen foods. My 2nd room was much better..

Upon my staying in the room, I complained about the noise from the heater and it took a third complaint and the supervisor from who works maintenance to move me, not the front office staff. I asked to be moved and they kept telling me the noise will get better and it got worst. I left a message for the manager today...The unit needed to be replaced, but I should have been moved immediately upon ny concern. I hope that more training will take place with the hotel staff.

The reservation was misleading and dishonest. The reservation shows double room with double bed, and what was given was single room double bed. The staff at the counter response was rude and not accommodating the discrepancy between the reservation and what was available.

Cosy and easy to reach. Perfect for a short stay

Die Lage war sehr gut. Ca. 15 Minuten zum Flughafen, in der Nähe waren einige Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Parkplätze waren vorhanden. Frühstück war ganz ok.

Wir hatten ein 4- Bett Zimmer. Die Betten waren mit 1,30-1,50m angegeben. Ich denke Sie waren nur 1,30m. Das war sehr klein für zwei Erwachsene.

its a nice, quiet hotel. The place is well maintained, clean and rooms are super nice. I have stayed here several times and enjoy my stay always.

Staff very friendly and informative for restaurants and area attractions.

We stayed Thursday through Sunday. Room was not cleaned and made up on Saturday. Was told since Covid, was only done every other day. Staff did supply new towels upon request but I find this every other day not acceptable.

Everything was very clean. Quiet even when we came in late at night after a concert. The shower had full-size body wash, shampoo & conditioner, & they smelled great! Good variety for free breakfast, and they constantly kept it stocked.The price was perfect as well. Staff was super friendly.

Would've loved more pillows. Each bed only had 3 instead of 4, and it was so late when we got in from our concert that I just didn't have the energy to track anyone down to ask for more. Didn't sleep great because of it. But that is the ONLY complaint.

The location was quiet, the room clean and well located and the breakfast plentiful.

Even though I had booked two rooms at the same time for two couples, we were assigned rooms at opposite ends of the floor. The rooms were smaller, noisy and different from the pictures on the website. After complaining, they changed my room to one that was up to the standards I know of from Fairfield. This ruined my stay a bit. Air conditioner was unusually noisy
