noise level- guests were playing basketball outside windows at 7am.

Good variety, but the eggs looked a bit unappetizing. I looked at the choices but never ate breakfast. Croissants would have been a welcome addition. The bar was great, but it would have been nice to know all the evening choices that were available. Linda was amazing - so nice!

AC was too cold in the room with the unit and very warm everywhere else. My husband I had to froze the first night so the second night we turned it up and my niece and her husband had to turn it back down because it was too hot. All furniture and counters are too low to the ground and my bathtub had no grab bars at all.

Didn’t look anything like the photos, everything was dirty and I was afraid to touch everything in our room. Shower had mold. Breakfast bagels were stale. Wouldn’t come back

Loved the suite with the lounging area separate from the bedroom. Loved the breakfast was more than continental breakfast.

Stove was stuck in small area between the refrigerator and the wall. It didn't seem safe to cook. Also would have liked having a tv listing of channels.

Stayed here for several days on a business trip. The room was very large and had a kitchen included. The amount of space for the money I thought was very good. Also very good location for Herndon/Reston and Dulles Airport. Also had a good laundry room, which I utilized. Would definitely stay here if I am in the area again.

Breakfast was ok but not that good. Probably average by US free hotel breakfast standards. I live in Europe so I think I just have different standards. I went out to breakfast on several days. But also had a fridge and kitchen so you can always just do your own breakfast.

I loved the free upgrade to a full 1 bedroom suite. Generous parking, free breakfast, spacious rooms. What a great value.

There are remote workers staying here from out of town long term. So what they do in their homes they tend to do here as well, like cook stinky salmon that emanates through the entire floor and lasts for hours. Not very pleasant. I'm sure this doesn't happen often though. 😕

Excellent breakfast. Rooms were well set out and comfortable. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Guest laundry was a bonus.

This is a lovely hotel in many ways. It's modern and clean, with large rooms, nice decor, comfortable couches and beds, good sheets and towels, and a convenient location. The free daily breakfast has hot and cold options. The kitchen has a dishwasher and a full-size fridge, which is useful for long stays. The fitness room is the best equipped I've seen in a hotel at this price level.

The water pressure in the shower was weak on the second floor, and the shower head had no options to change the type of spray. If you have long hair, good luck getting the conditioner out. Although the kitchen had many basic items, there were no sharp knives of any size. If you plan to cook, you'll need to bring your own knives. Also, there was dish soap but no sponge or scrub brush, which made it hard to wash dishes by hand. We ended up using a washcloth to wash the dishes.

Difficult and dangerous to access the property, one way in and out, partially blocked for what looked like recently completed parking lot work. Should have been opened back up for safety.
