Convenient to highway without the highway noise.
The refrigerator made so much noise we couldn’t hear the TV or sleep. Had to turn it off.

I love this hotel. We travel to this Hampton inn several times a year for a quick get away. The hotel is near wineries, Stone Mtn State Park, Pilot Mtn State Park and Mt Airy (Mayberry), The hotel goes the extra 10 miles to make their guests feel welcome.

Our stay was great for one night, we received what we requested and Lora was very helpful and professional. The breakfast “staff” were very kind and helpful as well. Our bed was comfortable and the whole room:bathroom was clean.
My only “complaint” would be that we could hear our hotel neighbors tv loudly, so the walls were thin Atleast in our room unless they were just loud.

This was a perfect place to stay. In a quiet location just off the freeway. Rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly. They had coffee and even snacks, and a HUGE breakfast in the lobby. I will definitely be back!

Smell of smoke in room despite being non-smoking. Noise of elevator next door. We stayed in room 111.
Solution - deep clean room and steam carpets. Add noise insulation to walls abutting elevator.
