The price was good & an uber to Disney was easy.

The eateries are open & serving 7am-9pm, which doesn’t work if you go to the theme parks. Food & drinks at the bar are Way over priced. Shuttles are inconvenient to arrival at Disney parks & the shuttle back took 40 min & the driver drove a bit crazy (nearly hit center divider & went over a lot of curbs, etc). BEDS WAY TO DROOPY & soft. It was fine, but will not stay here again.

The toilet in our suite ran all night. Coffee in the morning was always out. Coffee maker in our room was broken. Prices in the bar were very high. No white wine, very loud tv at bar.

Necesita remodelación. Era difícil abrir la puerta. Las alfombras olían muy mal y se veían sucias. La iluminación de la habitación casi nula. No se podía apagar el aire acondicionado. No limpiaron la habitación, ni cambiaron las toallas en dos días. El servicio de traslado a los parques es muy tarde, tuvimos que usar un Uber. En un momento que hicimos una pregunta al personal de la recepción, no fueron amables y la ayuda fue nula (cero empatía) solo un chico fue muy amable y nos ayudó con la situación.

Staff at front desk aren’t very knowledgeable of amenities, no opening times on restaurant or bar. Needs a make over it’s tired and worn.

It’s was kinda close to the parks $15 Ubers and the staff was so nice

The shower is old and just falling apart, and the rooms need a big update, our tv wouldn’t connect to the internet yet alone even the regular cable. Not one wall socket for the chargers worked only the one behind the tv and that’s how I charged my electronics, the water pressure in the shower was non existent and it kept all the sudden getting really hot then cold then back to normal every minute it wasn’t a stable temperature I think it’s because other people in the hotel we’re showering which isn’t good.

O hotel é enorme, bem localizado, considerando que nos eua se faz tudo de carro. Restaurantes ao redor, que dava pra ir a pé e dentro do próprio hotel. O quarto era grande, cama grande e super confortável. Lençóis aparentemente muito limpos, o quarto no geral também bastante limpo. Banheiro grande, água quente pro banho, muito bom pelo preço que pagamos.

O chuveiro poderia ser um pouco mais alto, ficava difícil de lavar o cabelo num chuveiro tão baixo.

Convenient to get TO Disney but very dangerous and time consuming to come back from Disney with where it is located and you have to do a u-turn at Walmart as it's a one way.

I don’t know where to start with how bad this place is: we stayed for 28 days so if anyone can write an accurate review it is us. I have read many of other bad reviews this hotel got afterwards and the manager always responds “how dismayed they are” so I expect they will do the same here but don’t believe it, it’s a TOTAL LIE - I contacted the from desk manager Kimberly Helm (KH) throughout our stay & she was so rude I don’t have words. 
The pools are so filthy, I have never seen dirtier pools. They are FULL of hair and garbage and are unsanitary. You can’t use them. On one day at 5pm there was a could having “relations” RIGHT in the pool IN FRONT OF 8 children 12 and under. I told the manager KH who did NOTHING. I have it in writing. The halls are FILTHY. At least 12 days of our stay various people decided to smoke in the halls instead of outside and because the doors to the rooms do not seal at all (see photo) it seeped in our room (note it is all supposed to be non smoking). I told KH and she didn’t care and called me a problem guest?! Because the doors don’t seal you can also hear screaming & kids all the time. On day 5 of our stay there was a MAJOR fight in the hall where the police had to be called and we couldn’t leave the room. The bathroom is NASTY just like other people have posted about. The toilet bottom looked like it had leaked diarrhea around the bottom and was like that from day one and clearly for years (see photo). Told KH and she didn’t care. The bath tub in unsanitary. There are cockroaches and fire ants ALL over. We were all bitten by fire ants multiple times. 
Just like other bad reviews try & warn they try and scam you when you check out with false charges. They tried to charge us o$500 for a crack in the wall that was there when we checked in and clearly for years before. We are lucky we took a photo and emailed about it at check in and that our credit card company was helpful.

The location was great, as I was traveling to the Disney Parks. The shuttles to the theme parks (going to Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, and Hollywood Studios) were all very spacious and on time. Rooms were cleaned well and the shampoo/conditioner provided were nice and restocked every day. Staff was friendly and mostly present whenever I needed anything. I booked this hotel because all of the cheapest rooms were sold out at the Disney World hotels, and I would probably stay at this hotel again if a similar situation happens in the future.

You could tell that some of the fixtures in the bathroom were older, but that didn't bother me too much. There were also 3 instances where I found small bugs in the room.

Check in staff were great. Location is perfect for a short ride to Disney by Uber or courtesy shuttle bus.

Bathrooms a little outdated, however clean.

It was 15 minutes away from work.

The roaches and room spray I have allergies and had a hard time sleeping.

Room was clean and the beds were pretty comfortable. The breakfast (charged additionally) was great!

Bathroom door and exhaust system were broken.

The room was absolutely in terrible shape. If I paid half the price, this is what I would have expected. There was hair in the shower, the a/c leaked in front of the mirror and sink making it almost impossible to use. Manager never reached out and no one wanted to help.
