Hotel was clean, room very comfortable and clean, young lady working front desk on 12/13 around 10:30 am was so pleasant and helpful, Wish we would have gotten her name as she was an asset to your company! She went above and beyond to help us figure out how to get alternate transportation to airport . very sweet and patient.

specifically booked this hotel as website stated 24 hr shuttle to airport and we had a very early flight. upon arrival found out shuttle was only running from 6 am to midnight. Lady at front desk checking us in got very abrupt when I stated this and asked if I could prove it? Told me I should have called hotel directly to confirm. Also Bistro cafe very limited choices and were out of most items on menu as they had no chicken.

convenient . bar was nice. staff was super nice. quiet safe room.
