No vent for bathroom

I was charged an additional $20 but he could not tell me what it was for. He said it would be refunded upon check-out, it has not been. The place was very unsafe, loud people in the middle of the night right outside, and I was threatened by them all night and when I left, for asking them to be quiet at 2 am. I was also approached by random people while unloading. There are people living here..I would not stay here again if I was paid to do so. It was also filthy, snd the bedspread had 17 burn holes in it. Completely disgusted with my stay.

The pool was nice

The manager was very rude.. on Monday of my reservation I was having problems with booking I noticed they hadn't charged me so I go to the front desk we have a conversation about how booking messes up all the time had a conversation with the same gentleman the day before about another gentleman staying there... I called booking like 10 plus times trying to explain I needed a different card charged instead of the one I have on file...so they sent me the link I see that I have a pending charge for the hotel so I figured everything was ok especially since the last 2 people I talked to at booking both said that everything was fine I was ok everything was straightened out and no one came to knock on my door and tell me it wasnt ok...I even had to go to the front desk to get change and my key remade and no one said anything I over slept the next day and didn't wake up until the cleaning lady opened my door at noon so I get up to go switch rooms went from a room with 2 beds to one with just one when I got to the desk he then informs me that it didn't get paid and I had 30 min to get out or he was calling the cops... Wouldn't let me call booking to see what was going on tried to show him where my card was charged but he wouldn't listen... I told him there was no way I could be out in 30 min because I had to much stuff to move and he called the police thank God my friend Chris showed up and he fixed everything but the manager knew booking messes up he knew I was having issues the day before so the being unreasonable and calling the cops was beyond low. When I first started staying in motel 6 I had informed him that id recently been in a domestic violence situation and that's why I was putting my room in someone else's name because I didntn want him to find me and showed him the recent bruising on my face...

Good size room for the price

Little consideration toward the customers. Mowers and leaf blowers shouldn't be used in a hotel until, after check out time. The attached photo was taken at 9 AM...!

They didn't have shampoo/conditioner in room. The room smelled a bad odor.

The price was inexpensive. The staff was nice.

The location was difficult to get to, lots of drug dealing and prostitution at the hotel. There was blood on the walls along with general damage to everything.

noise. hot water wouldn’t turn down (so we could not shower), gap under door let cold air in so the floor was cold, cigarette burn on bedspread and the morning staff didn’t seem interested in the problems with the room.

Toilet would not flush

Not a single thing was to be liked . We were traveling across country during our move, two parents and two older kids .

Dirty roof floor and bed stains . Paint peeling off bathroom door and cigarette burns on shower stall plastic .. Unknown substances on all walls in all areas of the room , said materials look as though no attempt to clean had been made . It was a smoking room but had never been wiped down or given a through scrub . Bed did not match base size like it did in Tulare , Flagstaff and Tucucari , slammed my knee into exposed base .
