customer service could had some better, most places do when it’s a special occasions

The location, the restaurants, the bar, the pool, the movie theater, the room, front desk, housekeeping, loved the shower, the bed was very comfortable. Basically the overall atmosphere.

The only thing I didn't like was that there was no microwave ... LOL. Other than that, everything else was excellent.

The furniture was old and worn down. I felt as if I was staying at a red-roof inn. There was drywall falling off the wall in the shower. The bathroom was sloppy, from the paint on the walls, to the organization of the room.

The person at the front desk when I got there was very nice and helpful. I had to make a few calls for assistance and she was nice and attentive the whole time. The location was convenient and the bed was comfortable. it’s also directly next to RA sushi which is one of my favorite restaurants/bars.

I could tell someone had just celebrated their 20th birthday from the remaining party confetti that I noticed on the windowsill and the bed frame. It just made me question how thoroughly they actually clean the rooms. There was also a brown stain on an unused towel. I expected more for the price to be honest. The only other thing I didn’t like was when room service came to my door at 10 a.m. asking me to check out. Thankfully, I was packed up and going to leave soon, but felt rushed and had to sit outside to wait for my ride to the airport.

Great location in the middle of a complex of shops and restaurants . You can self park for free at adjacent garage or valet( the valet are amazing and your car is ready in about three seconds!). Room was comfortable and clean with all amenities. my room faced the “ square” so it was a little noisier, but the noise died down at an appropriate time and sleeping wasn’t a problem. The staff shine- from the valet , to the front desk to the housekeeping staff- everyone is fantastic. The hotel has a small gym but about 3 miles away is the Terry Hershey park with miles of trails. Hotel is not too close to downtown ( about 30 minutes) but it is close to a lot of restaurants and activities. it’s a great hotel and will use it again! I loved the location.

Location was excellent. I loved that there was free parking, and that you could just walk to restaurants and stores around the hotel. The park view right infront of the hotel was lovely too, and having a floor-to-ceiling window with that view was fantastic. Also loved the hardwood floors, a welcome refresher compared to most hotels' musty room carpeting.

Nothing, really. Hot breakfast options were rather limited, but I liked that there was a lot of fruit. Only thing that would make the room better is if the shower also included a handheld attachment for the harder to reach places, but that would just be a plus point for personal convenience.

rooms not made up till after 14:30, no water left in the room. poor breakfast choice . $10 for a double expresso coffee
