improved breakfast would help , their was no bagels or bacon Also informed the guest when the pool is down or not to be used at the front desk.

Did not have much to choose from and it closed at 9 did not give us enough time to get there

The receptionist was outstanding! She helped us secure an Uber and found some sunblock when we needed it. SHe was friendly and efficient. Her English was excellent. We also liked the woman i charge of breakfast. She was friendly and very helpful. Good staff overall!

I wish the motel had been closer to amenities.

The location with nobody in person on the desk. Breakfast was terrible, 6,30h the room was full with worker, no person looked for things are not there. You have to take all things with fingers. It was bad.

I wrote a lengthy explanation to the text sent earlier today, including: Floorboards were coming up, room not adequately cleaned/stocked, auto shutoff of light of under a minute in the bathroom, lack of in person service, ‘press zero for a staff person’ posted everywhere-not a single phone with which to do so. Facility is price gouging the area post hurricane. I’ve stayed at far better facilities for far less money.

Good location.

No one at front desk to check in or resolve issues. Asked for quiet area, was given room next to the sound of circular saws and construction. Had portable dehumidifier but room still smelled. Decided to get away from loud, smelly room but pool was closed. Asked for response from hotel after stay and was ignored.

Price, condition and location were all excellent at this property and the contactless checking was very easy!

Spacious room and clean

Awful checkin process should have a person at the desk. Also pool was closed. There was an electrical problem in the Cafe which caused sparks and flames at the waffle maker.

Do not like the robot way. Machine was ok, but you need people at desk. There was not anyone at all. Couldn't get the manager. Line was always busy. We had no soap,shampoo or lotion. Shower soap and shampoo dispenser's were empty. Never saw any employee . I gave the man on robot computer my Whyndam card number, but have yet to have my points now several times I have used Whyndam.

the staff doesn't speak English if you can find a human being. check in is with an east indian on a monitor-disconcerting, and cold no one delivers if your hungry

The hotel itself is nice. Clean and updated.

The check in is horrible. You use a machine and talk to someone in another country. No actual staff on duty. Had to wait behind 4 road crew guys checking in to get my room key. After a long day another 30 minute wait was ridiculous. Had people being loud and rude throughout the night either outside the building or in the hallways. Did not have the breakfast which looked bare anyways. Thought it quite rude that a housekeeper jumped in front of me at the coffee machine to stand there and fix herself coffee taking her time. The lack of management staff made this place not feel comfy. Pay the few bucks more and stay elsewhere. Just a hint, the other hotels don’t charge a $10 fee for nothing.
