Location, beach proximity, pool bar.
Bathroom old, had stains around tub, shower liner was funky, air cond unit needs updating, bed hard and uncomfortable.

The room was clean but the tub and sinks held water. They did not drain good. Close to the beach. The staff was friendly.
The restaurant was not open for lunch and it was a little pricy. although the tiki bar was open there were Too many ants. And the pool area was kind of dark we couldnt see our way to the towels and it closed too early.

Grounds were lovely. Beds were comfortable. Room was clean. Location of room was good with parking just outside the room. Beach access was great. Didn’t use the pool but it looked very nice.
The tub really needs to be replaced. The photo we saw on line showed an updated shower, we would have preferred that, and since there were many vacancies I’m surprised we were given a more updated room.

the 35 dollar charge for lost wristband seems Excessive. the morning breakfast restaurant. One guy handling all of those tables Just seem to be way understaffed . we paid for our beverages and didn’t even eat breakfast because of the wait.

you have everything on site: restaurant, beach, pool. you dont need to go out and thats what we were looking for since we have a 8m old baby and a dog!
i wish they would have some entertainment like arcade games perhaps

The Beach was great and the Staff from the Tiki Hut and the Restaurant as-well as the Front Desk
The room needs to be updated to match the PRICE per night and the Hours of operations should be longer { Restaurant and Tiki Bar } since it's considered a Resort.

everything is easy access. Walking to the beach, the pool. There was bicycle rental on the property, restaurant on property is delicious, but there are so many options nearby as well.
We would have liked to stay longer.

Beach was part of the property which was excellent. Room was nicely appointed but there were repairs that had been made that weren't complete. Plenty of towels. Did not swim in the pool bvut it looked well-cared for. The front desk manager, Jesus, was very helpful and very pleasant. Great first impression!
The on site restaurant was only open for breakfast. They're missing an opportunity by not serving lunch/dinner there.
Some cobwebs hanging from the ceiling. The light surrounding the mirror was a bit much! The a/c was noisy but not enough to keep us from sleeping.

The view of the the beach and gulf was beautiful.

The location of the resort being right on the beach and the Tiki Bar at the pool, which was also right on the beachfront. Nice sized, clean rooms, with great AC. Breakfast was also very good. Beautiful property!
Wish the restaurant was open for dinner and the Tiki Bar stayed open later.
