It was HORRIBLE!!!! The hallway stunk like cat pee and when I mentioned it to the staff, they just sprayed air fresheners everywhere instead of actually cleaning it. The air freshener just made it worse! Disgusting room, extremely dirty and staff not helpful at all! Won’t ever be staying here again!

The facility is tired and in need of a facelift. Good sleep is difficult as it seems like airplanes are landing and taking off in your room.

The breakfast was very good, a great selection and someone always present to refill and clean We appreciated the fact that when they observed that there were 3 of us they gave us extra towels with our us asking.

Late arrival and the check in was too long because there was only one member of the staff Clogged toilets in our room after the night, not s pleasant experience

The bed was uncomfortable, hard mattress and pillows, coarse sheets. AC and refrigerator were very noisy. we had to unplug the refrigerator and turn off the AC to be able to sleep.

overpriced for a double bed with just a coffee pot in the room ($101.31 to sleep overnight) ) . Not even a small microwave nor refrigerator. No restaurants around so if people are just staying overnight waiting for a flight the next day without car rental , you’ll be hungry . “Jacob” who was at the desk stated if I ask for a microwave to be put in our room , I have to pay extra. They sell frozen dinners at the lobby but no microwave to heat it up in the room. You have to heat it up in the front lobby. We were waiting at the airport for their shuttle pickup for a long time , just to find out we were given the wrong location by the receptionist . Next time , I won’t be fooled by the location alone . IF I WERE YOU , I’LL THINK TWICE TO GO TO THIS HOTEL. There are other hotels next to them and I’m sure you will get better service , and worth the money you will pay .

We needed a very early shuttle to airport. It arrived at 4:30 AM and the driver was excellent.

bathroom sink drained very slowly and the fixture squeaked and groaned when turned on. needed replacing

Convenient to airport. Less expensive than other hotels in that area. Personnel were friendly. Clean room.

Couldn't get a receipt because "the system is down". That is not acceptable. Also, the light in the bathroom automatically comes on when u walk in, which is nice unless u wake up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom and want to go back to sleep. It is very bright.

The motel was clean and looked very nice. Good food close by. Not a lot of traffic. Good location.

The airplanes was noisy but nothing you can do about that.
