Great location. Across the street from Pioneer Park where my family and I were attending a weekend event. Walking distance to many restaurants. Parking is actually free for guests. Our room was very quiet for the whole weekend too.

Room wasn’t very clean. There was grease all over the wall near the stove and the floors were dirty. We couldn’t open the patio door and the balcony and patio furniture were filthy. Our room had no coffee maker and not enough towels for my family. On the morning we checked out there was a homeless person sleeping in the entryway to the lobby.

The breakfast was great - lots of choices. The room was large and liked having a separate bedroom. The staff was friendly and very accommodating w/ my late check out.

That I was allowed to check in an hour earlier, as my flight arrived early. The staff were polite. The water provided in the entrance. The breakfast was awesome! The hotel is clean.

Had to pay extra for decent wifi and the wifi system for streaming services died & never returned; no one seemed to know what was going on...

good location close to downtown and light rail link to airport and the Amtrak station. good facilities in the kitchenette in the room. staff member on duty at 4am when I showed up very late we’re helpful and friendly. Pretty good breakfast included in the room rate.

First of all - Joey at the front desk at night is truly a wonderful ambassador for this hotel! Couldn't be a nicer guy for a weary traveler checking in at midnight after a 5 hour flight! The breakfast was great, and the hotel lives up to the Marriot brand.

It is centrally located, but across from pioneer park which is sketchy at night. Breakfast was nice, facilities clean, friendly staff and very comfortable beds and full kitchen

The shower was difficult to turn on and off. Would've loved to have the amount of towels as we had told them there'd be guests. Pool was closed amd we didn't find this out until I was headed downstairs from our room with my excited 5 year old in tow.

Exceptionally friendly staff, super clean room, fantastic location, great amenities. This hotel had me considering joining their rewards program I had such a good experience.

the lay out of the room was logical and having a kitchenette is always nice. The beds were comfortable and it was nice to have a separate living and sleeping area. There was a nice balcony that overlooked the park across the street. The air-conditioning worked well, as it was in the high 90's during our stay. Breakfast was good, just your standard hotel breakfast. There was a good selection in breakfast style as well (oats, versus eggs, or pastries, and meat).

The room looked poorly renovated. The shelves were falling off the walls, none of the edges matched up on the flooring (which easily caught your toe as you walked). The air return was absolutely filthy. There was hair stuck to the ceiling. Suction cup mark on the mirror facing the best (ew). The bathtub was stained and had water and hair in it. There was water damage on the ceiling above the shower head. The breaker box didn't latch and often slowly opened until it was in the way and you'd walk into it. There was debris (little pieces of paper) along the walls, all the way around the room, so it looked like it didn't get vacuumed, and the floor felt gritty. The caulking around the toilet was completely separated and the tiles behind the toilet had warped away from the wall, which makes me think there way be water damage. Also, the sink in the kitchen was broke-you could wiggle it, but it didn't have water. We did not ask for a new room. We got in late, almost midnight, and weren't staying long enough to make a room switch worth it. I am also the kind of person who travels with cleaning supplies and does a once over the whole room before I invite my family in. Generally my "once over cleanings" take 10-15 minutes at most. This occasion was over an hour, and there were several issues I couldn't remedy myself.
