The staff!!! So friendly, professional & accomodating.

Tv didn’t work very well & the door locks were hinkey.

I liked the size of our room and the large hot tub was very relaxing

Not the best amenities, would have liked a safe, a blanket and a phone. We could not call room service when we needed toilet paper and an extra towel

車は必需品です、混んでいる時期は廊下の音とか気になるかも、裏庭はタバコ、OKらしく吸い殻が落ちていました。

There were bugs in the shower, the air conditioner didn’t work well. The pillows were no good.

Hot tub looked nothing like what was in the photo, only 3 jets total for this large hot tub.

price was great, Steve was very friendly and informative!

it is very old, and needs a lot of updating!

The swimming pool ans jacuzzi were a great asset after a long day drive. We also appreciated having a little private garden/outdoor for our room.

Everything was great except maybe the A/C that was a little be too strong/noisy. But that is a detail.

there was nothing we didn’t like, just old facilities, didn’t really respond to a couple of minor issues that were reported, light bulb and small refrigerator not working properly

I loved the location and the fact that staff & cleaning person respected my privacy. Easy parking, a nice pool & jacuzzi, no loud guests. Just what I wanted during my annual "me" trip to PS. One of the managers even carried my bags up to 2nd floor & offered assistance night or day if needed. Did not need it but the offer was much appreciated!

The facility could use a little refurbishing, replacement of shower head, faucets, and a little paint here and there. But for a 2 star motel in the midst of Palm Springs, it was great!

Reasonable price in a city with expensive accommodation. Convenient location -5 minute drive to downtown. Quiet room, free parking.

Room not cleaned in 4 days. Had to go and ask for more toilet paper. The accommodation is tired- everything is older and worn.

the room was nice enough, a bit worn but the bed was very comfortable and nice size shower. The on look of the balcony/pool was very nice!

it would be nice if they had larger curtains or black out curtains as the sun still poured in the room regardless of them. the biggest turn off was when we noticed a cockroach in the the bathroom. bugs happen but still not the most pleasant of experiences.

No breakfast the staff was great friendly and helpful The pool and hot tub was well looked after and clean.

The room clean on the surface but it was old and showed.

The manager made sure we were taken care of. He is so kind and he has an awesome personality!

Relaxed atmosphere, clean pool and hot tub with easy access, wonderful staff, security.

I had a pool view room at the back of the hotel. it was lovely and quiet and could look down on the pool and out to the mountains from the front door it had coffee maker, fridge, and microwave

the reception is not always manned and there’s a phone number to call . this is not possible because I don’t have roaming on my phone. the rooms are not cleaned or coffee , soap etc not replaced unless you ask reception to do it
