The room stinks and beds weren't changed.

The staff told me I had too much trash for them and to take out my own trash. well I think it’s common courtesy if you have a certain amount of trash in a hotel to take it out or get a big enough bag to help the staff,But I’ve also paid to stay at the facility and no one should have asked me to take out my own trash.

pillow and mattress are so old. manager didn’t replacement new mattress and pillows. I can’t believe waste my worth money.
I do not like old mattress and old pillows!!!! I recommended everyone do not come!

They don’t have free breakfast and Pool is full of grasss and junk they have fake pictures maybe from 10 years ago I think in the pictures looks different they should no say they have breakfast when they don’t haven’t

AC didn’t work properly door seal was damaged at the bottom shower had low pressure and the place was not inviting.

Didn't like anything the room was trash.
Everything..Bed spreads had holes in it. Toilet messed up..Tv didn't work..this is the first time ever checking in a room at 3pm and left at 6am

location was easy to find with plenty of food near by
filthy “roach motel” with what appeared to be molded stains on the floor, bed was hard and uncomfortable, sheets had stains on them, pillows may as well been nonexistent considering how flat they were, overall just nasty dirty place.
