Room size. Very clean. Nice bathroom and comfortable bed.

Paid for the room thru Booking.com app. Then got charged by the hotel again when I checked in. Plus a $250 deposit is too much in my opinion. On top of already paying $130 for the room, I then get charged another $165 for the room plus $250 for a deposit. Just wish some of these front desk people were better trained by management. They were friendly but lacked experience.

Staff was very nice, very helpfull. I think they felt bad for us, knowing that we are gonna have a horrible time considering one of the most dangerous locations in SF. Parking was good too.

One of the worst locations I've ever seen. Homeless people shooting heroine, screaming all night, fighting, using the sidewalk as a toilette (yes, #1 and #2).. all that in front of the hotel and all around it. Noise was going on almost all night so we couldn't sleep at all. We wouldn't stay there even if we'd gotten payed. We understand some guests wanna save $ so the hotel shouldn't charge more then $40 a night, and must warn the guests what they're getting into. We payed $130 per night, that is unacceptable. Staff was very nice though, i feel bad they have to work in that area.

The free on-site parking was such a blessing. And it was a lovely stuff and clean room.

Central location. Extremely friendly and helpful stuff. The parking is good and easy to use. Room is big enough with all you need in. The bathroom is brand new.

The location is not pretty clean and surrounded by homeless. The breakfast room is little too small for all guests.

I liked the king bed
