The staff was great, the hotel is very interesting and the bedroom was nice and clean. You get fresh towels every day. Different offers for discounts or activities. Good value for money!

The bathroom was cleaned everyday, however it was sometimes not in great conditions but this surely depends on the other guests.

Beds and showers are ok, good location

Not a hostel experience, just a place to sleep. Reception is not that friendly as some hostels use to have. Also, there is no common area there.

The accomodation was great, I appreciated specially the capsule-like beds which were spacious and afforded enough privacy. The bathrooms were very clean and constantly being cleaned. 10/10

The hotel is located near the center. It is necessary to prepare for walking uphill. It's a good choice for the price. Noise is not a problem. It depends on the roommates. In my case it was not a problem. Well insulated from outside noise. Clean bathroom connected with wc.

Location. It is necessary to travel by bus and walk 5-10 minutes from the stop uphill. The common room was closed during the entire stay. No place to sit.

Tranai ( general manager) is exceptionally professional and customer service oriented. She went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and pleasant stay.

Confortable beds 🛌 , clean bathrooms 🚽 🚿. Nice music environment. Coffee ☕️ and te courtesy all the day.

Night “shift” attention is very unhelpful (after 11pm), in a dorm of 4beds 3“guests” decides if the window stay open or closed 🫤 (no matter the weather), other situation, a guest access key stop working and there was no solution against that 😬.
