Property decor was new and appealing. The bus to JH ski resort was across the street. Parking was very good considering the amount of snow. Friendly staff. Walking distance to restaurants!

Comfortable bed and a quiet oasis in a busy town.

Very nice hotel, totally exceeded our expectations. Since I arrived at the hotel after 11pm in the middle of the night, the front desk of the hotel closed at 11pm, but I called in advance and told me that the room cards and bills of the four rooms had been sealed in envelopes and placed in a transparent box at the entrance of the hotel lobby. Pick it up after arriving at the hotel That's it. After arriving, I got the room cards smoothly. One of the room cards had a problem. I called the front desk for emergency calls. After 10 minutes, a handsome guy came to the hotel to help deal with the room cards. I was very touched.

Room was very nice and large. Staff did a great job. Pool was great and they did a great job cleaning the rooms. Very pleased with the stay overall.

Tons of doors slamming in the early mornings. When cleaning staff arrives the doors were near our room and they have a tendency to slam the doors instead of shutting them.

Checkout, checkout was the best part.

To begin with, the desk clerk had the demeanor of Squidward. He proceeded to give us a 10 minute lecture on the cleaning deposit, as well as a lengthy speech to deter us from ever getting locked out of our room. As if we were toddlers that had never stayed in a hotel before. The room itself wreaked of bleach, it was unbelievably strong. It seemed like every inch of the place had been drowned in bleach, and yet somehow the floors were still sticky and filthy. The best part however, was the literal paper walls. You can hear ever cough, sneeze, and detail of your neighbors conversations. The doors are waferboard as well, so everyone that walks by your room sounds like they're actually inside your room.
