Location was perfect and the shuttle to the airport was great. The room was nice and clean and comfortable.

I was unable to arrange the shuttle from the car rental place. I called a few times and ended up having to take a taxi. The coffee maker would only work in the bathroom outlet and I had to put the unit on the floor. The elevator was kind of dirty, so I was worried that I made a mistake picking that hotel, but the room was fine.

This place is disgusting. We got 2 rooms and our reservation didn’t exist when we got there. We were told to ignore booking.com’a confirmation number and use their system instead. We got a 3rd room added on - every single room was filfthy. Hairs in the tub/ on towels/ walls covered in Splattered matter of some kind. Blood stains on the sheets/ mattress/ mold in the air conditioner. It looks like nothing has ever been wiped down. Police were there the second night we tried to stay and another couple had just found bed bugs in their room. We got our stuff and we’re told we can’t get a refund and we went to sleep at the airport at 2am. Insane. Don’t let anyone stay here - they know it’s dirty and they don’t care. Absolutely GROSS. Not to mention bed bugs. I have photos of everything! These people need to be shut down. I want a refund for the second night we didn’t stay because of bed bugs and they refuse. Awful awful awful.

smelled like urine in the hallways, the room smelled musky. the bathroom looked dirty, like floors and walls, definitely the bathtub had mildew around the faucets. one wall next to a bed looked like something spilled and it dried on it. cigarette burn on sheets and cushions. with signs all over saying no smoking.

Absolutely nothing

I did not stay at the hotel. I called to let them know we were checking in late and the manager informed me very rudely that he was canceling the reservation because my credit card was rejected. He said if I was a real guest I’d use a real card. I told him I used booking.com and have a confirmation email but nothing letting me know my card was rejected he said he didn’t care about any reservation confirmation and then hung up on me. So now my daughters and I are driving home 3+ hours at 11:30pm. I then check my email and see the notice from booking.com to update my card. But within minutes I’d received multiple emails saying my reservation was canceled. I had no time to update the card. Side note- I reserved this hotel 5 months ago! the original card was I used had to be replaced because of a bad chip.

I have very surprised that this was a hotel with the Wyndham name on it. This hotel needs a major facelift. The walls must be made of paper because you will not get good night sleep here.

I did like the grounds. The landscaping was pristine. Visually very nice to pull up to!

I didn't like the decor,it was out dated. The carpet was visibly dirty. The elevator was not clean. My 1st room,the shower had hair in it from the previous customer.i did ask for my room to be switched,the 2nd room was better except it had a weird odor,like moldy carpet! The breakfast was very disappointing, I've never been to a hotel that served frozen eggs!! Nothing was fresh. Needless to say,I will not be goin back to microtel inn and suites!
