We like everything about it

The staff were very friendly and even remembered my name. I love the king suite with the whirlpool tub. The price was reasonable and the room was very clean. Breakfast was great. I would absolutely stay here again.

The parking spaces should be a little wider. I wish there were movie channels available. The fireplace didn't work.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Check in and out was a breeze. Decent location to everything we visited. For the most part quiet, which was important traveling with two littles. Plenty of room in 2 queen bed for two adults and 2 littles. Bed was comfortable. High quality tv was a plus and lots of outlet plug in options on several lamps in the room (again super helpful for sound machines/monitors/etc). Not overly crowded!

Could’ve been cleaner, there were socks in the floor from previous guests and smashed up Oreos at the foot of the bed not vacuumed. Shower curtain in bathroom was a joke, the rod was literally falling off from both ends. Kind of inconvenient that the sink isn’t inside the bathroom. Didn’t have any major problems, but i would only consider staying here again if I snagged a deal as good as the one I got this time, again. Otherwise, I’d splurge a tad more for a nicer, more updated hotel.

House keeping was great. They cleaned up extra nice and even folded my daughter’s blankets. Breakfast was decent.

The hot tubs were dingy and had a nasty smell. Nothing like the picture online. I told the staff and nothing changed the next two nights I was there. I just told my kids to keep their faces out of the water and pretend like we were in a hot springs in the mountains. The pool was also way overdone on the chlorine. It would hurt your eyes just standing next to the pool. You could smell it from the second floor.

The cleanliness, one of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed at.

Zimmerservice war ok. Die Lage war gut. Personal an der Rezeption war sehr entgegenkommend.

Wir haben ein Dreibettzimmer mit Schlafcouch gebucht, die Schlafcouch war nicht zu benutzen. An der Rezeption wurde uns dann ein anderes Zimmer angeboten. Sehr nett und schnell.
