Staff was helpful. Free breakfast. Lots of parking. Comfy beds and plenty of towels.

The gauge wouldn’t let me change the temperature. Nice rooms but kind of worn.

Had to ask for a hair dryer, no type of dresser in the room, the computer/printer downstairs was out of order during the whole stay. Could have had more variety in the eggs - omelets??, Bacon would have been nice

The bathroom was dirty, full of hair. The ironing board was stained, looked like blood. The smell of the room was awful, I had to open the window once I entered the room. The only good thing was breakfast. For that price, I'm very disappointed.

Convenient location, near restaurant’s, gas stations and the interstate.

Sometimes the hotel key didn’t work and kids didn’t follow rules while in the swimming pool. Splashing non stop (even when little ones were trying to swim).

They upgraded us to a suite since they did not have the room type we booked available. They were actually full.

I am a coffee drinker so a coffee pot in the room would be nice. They had coffee in the lobby for guests so that was nice, you just have to leave your room to get it.

Light switches didn’t work, holes in shower wall, floor wasn’t vacuumed, and the beds are worn out(sagging to one side). Wouldn’t allow check~in before 3pm but was able to camp out in their parking lot ALL day in a wrecked car. Staff lied about room availability saying the were completely booked. Walked down hall and saw empty rooms that housekeeping had doors propped open.

The bed was soft and comfortable. Checked in early because of bad blizzard. Desk was helpful, friendly, and accommodating.

The room was not very clean. Pop bottle lids in corner with gobs of dust. Pop (or something) had dripped down the walls and dried on in multiple areas. There was coffee packs but no coffee pot. Breakfast was a disaster. No attendant for the hour we were there. The trash was over flowing onto the floor. Little to no food out, was just after 7 am. Juice was mostly water, people had gotten cups of it then just set them off to the side of machine because of it. The astonishing part was several times a maid or janitor would come and get coffee or some sort of take away food but never cleaned or picked up any of the trash on the floor or counters. They just went thru the door to the front desk area. At one point a first response team arrived with a gurney for a ill guest and the staff came out to be nosey. Asking who it was for and telling that room so and so had the 1st responders there in the middle of the night, too. One asked another to follow them and see what room they went to. When the responders were out of sight the staff went back into the room by the front desk. Then again coming out to get more coffee and back. On the way back to our room a maid walked into a room without knocking and the guest was still inside. You could hear the guests startle and the maid quickly backed out and apologized.
