Room was perfect location and hotel was the best location for everything. Beach was just steps away. Loved my stay.

Location and price were optimal. I actually left another hotel close by because it was TERRIBLE. Staying here improved what would have been a ruined trip.

The staff were friendly, especially the housekeeping ladies. They were courteous and attentive.

Although the room was very clean, we found a roach crawling in the kitchenette’s sink which made me paranoid. At check out I reported that to the front desk but the attendant didn’t make a big deal out of it. He made a comment- oh yes, sometimes they crawl up the pipes. Not what I wanted to hear. Also, I based our stay on other reviews, which commented on the free breakfast being great. For anyone who is curious about that, it was very average - scrambled eggs, breakfast sausage, waffles, cereal, etc. in other words- basic.

The breakfast and free wifi as well as the proximity to the boardwalk.

Hotel was on the Boardwalk and short walking distance to everything. Parking was on site, outdoor shower was available and the staff kept the place immaculate.

The evening desk clerk was not personable and could not be found early on the morning of checkout.

The location is perfect because it’s right on the boardwalk, just steps away from the beach. The rooms were clean.

The bed was comfortable, however the pillows were extremely too soft and not enough filler in them. This resulted in a rather uncomfortable sleep. And the bathroom needs updating.

I have stay in a lot of place in OCean city but this place was the best ! Room was clean . Loved the kitchen in room and balcony view was nice . Hotel was right off the boardwalk. The best was soooooo comfy !!! Staff was soo nice ! I overslept for the breakfast lol so idk how that was but everything was truly amazing and prices was that bad compared to other hotels being soo high with horrible rooms ! I will definitely stay here again !!! Thank you !

ocean front, quiet, price, close to activities on boardwalk, room was an efficiency although not needed, it was a nice, spacious room. Breakfast was good. All staff were friendly and helpful. Off season rates are awesome for the room you get.

accommodations were a 1st floor room so view was obscured by room fence & pool fence. Parking was tight but staff assisted in getting spot, breakfast area was small to maneuver around but doable. In season rates are extremely HIGH.

The property was very clean, the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was kept, stocked and ran smooth. Coffee and juice was always available in lobby aswell as fresh fruit and ice water. Breakfast was amazing; always stocked and prepared fresh, staff was always so kind. We are a large family of 9 so we booked one ocean view (building on boardwalk) and one street view (building in back of lot) street view building holds the pool which always had fresh towels and a very comfortable temperature pool, the showers/private changing rooms were very nice and even made going back to main building after a swim very convenient.Location on the boardwalk was amazing and perfect spot so nothing was to far away; whether It be going to inlet or visiting something further down on 20th. Will definitely be returning with my family next year for our yearly Easter trip.

Breakfast had an amazing gluten free option. The room was nice and clean and tub big enough for a relaxing bath

Breakfast was same for everyday and the breakfast area is so small.

The location is perfect and the hotel is clean and comfortable. The pools were nice to hop into after getting beat up by the waves.

The breakfast room was tight. Everyone had to gather in one tight area to get to the hot food. The breakfast staff would routinely pause what little flow there was to stock cabinets that i dont feel needed stocked during the middle of the rush.

We were not given an oceanfront room as advertised. We were actually misled. We were directed to their second building which was not oceanfront. I think we should be receiving some sort of refund for this misleading advertisement.
