The water pressure in the shower was very weak. Quite pathetic in fact.

The location and size of the room

The room smelled horrific, My husband, myself and my kids were all taken back by the smell as soon as we opened the door. I was told that they would get the manager, who I later found out was not the manager and she said she didn't smell anything, but she offered air freshener in a bottle. We had to prop the door open to tolerate the room. This was probably the worse experience I've ever had at any hotel.

Location was fine

I booked through Booking.com and the hotel changed more than I was quoted. The clerk said it was Booking. Coms fault.

Breakfast was great. Location was good. Our overall stay was great.

Mattress were horribly hard . We choose to stay at Hampton Inns because they always have comfortable beds but we had 2 queens in our room and they were awful.

nice staff, clean and close to downtown. The breakfast is good and the eating area is clean and pleasant. Roomy bathroom compared to the room itself.

the room was small. queen beds are actually double beds. coffee pot didn’t work and they didn’t have another one to replace it which seemed odd but when the hair dryer started sparking they did bring us another hair dryer. the indoor pool is ice cold so we couldn’t swim but a short time and had to get out.

The fire alarm inside my room started beeping in the middle of the night. I called frontdesk and I was told that there were no maintenance at the property until 7am and there was no room available to move us. she was only able to move us to another room after reaching out to her manager, about 2 hours laters.

The breakfast was good. Easy to access to stores and food.

The staff was NOT helpful. They gave me a room that a man was still working on. I went to the room, door propped open so I went back to desk and told them. Instead of going to check it out or giving me another room they tell me a man just put in a new air conditioner but it’s good to go. So I go back up and when I enter room it smells like mildew and wet carpet, air conditioner cover laying on the floor, carpet machine plugged in sitting in the floor. I go back to desk, staff laughing and talking. They slowly decide to give me the room next door. So of course I hear them working on the room all weekend. Hotel under renovation but not listed on site.
