Everything. The check in process was the worst I have ever had anywhere. The room design was not user friendly at all. Counter space in bathroom was nonexistent.

Staff was nice and location was good. That give you a cook and a bottle of water that was nice.

When i arrived the elevator didn't work!!! The air conditioner in the hell was not working. If i hadn't paid for my stay in full $879. I would have when to another hotel. Got in my room and it did have microwave or refrigerator in the room. When to the bar area and was told that breakfast buffet was $15 dollars per person. And to top that off the young lady that was taking the payment for breakfast, said that she was told she did have to take cash,because she didn't have time to count the drawer because she had to hurry and get home because she just had a new born baby. That didn't set well with me because the customers such come first. Because after all no customers NO job!!! That was crazy to me that you would even tell a customer THAT! And get this !!!! Someone on the cleaning staff STOLEN my beautiful pink STANLEY cup that my grandkids give me for this Mother's Day this year out of my ROOM. Reported it to the front desk but that don't have cameras. So the front desk cleck said she will ask staff about it . She sure have just laughed in my face. Asked about my cup when i was checking out. I was giving a card to talk to the GM he was not at the hotel until Monday morning to see whst he csn do about it. Not meaning to make a big deal about it BUT my grandkids give it too ME.
