Nice hotel, terrible staff!!

Booked room for 4 people, upon arrival it took 40 minutes to get in with only 2 people in front with 2 people working front desk and a manager there as well, got to room finally and attempted to take showers only to realize we only got 3 towels and 2 wash cloths, called front desk several times, finally received towels, no wash cloths, called front again and the woman rudely stated we have a packed house sir and wash cloths were being washed or dried and would be a while, well we gave up on the wash rags being delivered after another hour or 2, next morning we try to go get complementary breakfast only to find out it’s not complementary if you book on line as we did, it would have been $15 per person to eat eggs, sausage and grits or cereal, we went to McDonalds! $522 for 2 nights managed to get a shower on 2nd night, needless to say this family won’t be back to Doubletree in Biloxi

Room was clean and comfortable and conveniently located to attractions. Staff was very friendly.

The rooms need mini refrigerators and microwaves. Also would be helpful to have some kind of shuttle service to casinos.

I paid 450 for my room and my tub as stopped up and they send the security to unclog it with a plunger to unclog the tub but it didn’t work and they did try harder to fix the problem. I paid to much for that room for one night for them to have an clogged the tub and there was an used bar of soap left in the shower

We were super pleased with our room. We had a King Bed with a corner room. We could've slept 15 people in that room. The bathroom was huge with a jacuzzi tub and walk in shower. The shower was very roomy and wasn't slippery. Located across the street from the beach area. Located down the road from great restaurants and plenty of shopping. The staff were very friendly, and answered any questions we had. Plenty of parking at the hotel as well. Definitely going back next time down. All you can eat crab legs at Treasure Bay Casino about 5 minutes down Hwy 90.

My concert got cancelled and I was notified but that has nothing to do with this hotel!!

It was in the middle of town and the rooms were exceptionally clean

I reserved my stay in Sept., when I arrived for some reason my reservation was not in their system, it took over 30 minutes before I could get in my room and apparently they put me in a room that was not what I selected when I first booked, maintenance had to come and get the microwave to work and also fix the phone, it was very chaotic checking in and I will never select that hotel to stay in, they tried to put the blame on your business. I had all my info, but they was not interested in looking at it, bottom line unorganized, unprofessional, unconcerned and made my trip non enjoyable

I like the distance the hotel is to the beach and the casinos.

didn’t like that breakfast isn’t included (& is kindof $$). the rooms need a little TLC (our desk didn’t pull out and the door I’ve the mini fridge was hanging off)

loved the location.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like; housekeeping never came to my room during my entire stay. I also thought it was odd to not have a mini fridge.

My room was nice very comfortable and the view in my room was nice , the tub was greattttt helped have a nice relaxing night.

The breakfast was horrible, pancakes weee burned, oatmeal was over cooked and looked gross, just wasn’t the breakfast I would imagine at a Hilton properly. I requested for more towels and they were never bought up to the room that was also a disappointment.
