The room was a good size. The beds were comfortable. The hotel was clean. They served a decent hot and cold breakfast.

The weed someone was smoking on our 3rd floor. The loud guests and kids running up and down the hallway. You can hear the people upstairs walking in the halls and bedrooms. I guess the floors and walls are thin.

Bed could have had been a little more comfortable but not a make a break thing.

Li Ann was ( Maid Supervisor) awesome so bubbly and nice loved her. I was able to check in early. the front desk lady was very nice, great personality. joy to see and chat with both ladies.

I had to cut my trip short due to weather conditions, and you guys refused to reimburse me for the days I would not need the room. The fact that you people are are punishing me financially so I could travel safely is disgusting. It cost me a lot of money to avoid a hurricane. I will never use booking.com or best western again and will post on every social media platforms to tell them how I experienced your greed!

the height of the toilet was too low. if you have back problems ask for a handicap room. tub was very high with no grab bars.

Friendly staff. Breakfast could use some update. Also, the bathroom could be a little cleaner. I am OCD with hygiene and the bathroom floors needed more cleaning. Overall though, the hotel was good for what I needed.
