parking if you have a good car there is no place to park plus only had one handicap spot and there was one car that was parked there for three days without even moving so I made hard for anybody else who needed it

Few things that could be fixed in the room

The shower was great. Just need to put a lamp between the beds and more outlets. Beds were very comfortable Room was very clean and bathroom very clean

You need lamp between the bed on the table. Need more outlets. Could use night light.

I loved everything from the staff to how the rooms were set up. Loved the bathroom/shower and the big windows! The beds were super comfortable and the room was very spacious!

There's nothing I didn't like, I will be staying here again!

super good value for your money

Inn by the Bay is ideally located and in a great neighborhood. I loved the TV service! Not only were we offered cable TV but also several streaming services as well. Made the stay much more personalized and comfortable.

The floors could have been cleaner, in particular the bathroom. I felt that there were corners in the bathroom that hadn't been properly cleaned in a while (dust and dirt in nooks around the trash can and toilet).

The location was great. Nice to be on Munras Ave.which was central to places we visited.

I know this sounds trivial, but only one desk chair was in the room and we were two people........Another chair would have been nice.

just ok for stay while roadtrip

Room was spotless. Price was right.

The cleaning solution used on the room was very pungent. I had to air out the room for a couple hours on a chilly day before it wasn't an issue. I suggest they use a different cleaning solution, perhaps Simple Green, which is non toxic. Also, I left a Playmate cooler which I've owned for a good 40 years and when I asked the clerk at the office if he could package it up and send it to me -- at my cost -- he stated he could not "leave the office" and send anything. I'm deciding whether to just wrote it off as a loss or ask for a higher authority at the hotel to deal with it.

I liked the location

the bed was very uncomfortable and noisy. also the walls seemed to be very think we could hear everything next door and from upstairs and also talking coming from outside found it hard to sleep with all the noise and uncomfortable bed unfortunately would not be staying here again.

it was clean, comfortable and the bathroom was remodeled.

it just didn’t have character.

What breakfast? The place was extremely quiet. You didn’t hear neighbors or traffic. Easy access to everything.

I liked that the rooms were updated and remodeled.

The room was very clean; the staff very accommodating, kind, thoughtful.
