Comfortable room and beds. Good location for Groome pick up. Nice, helpful staff. Good breakfast, you can make fresh, hot waffles yourself!

I did not like having to unstop the toilet almost every time we flushed it. Paying $250/night with poor plumbing and the desk clerk only offering a plunger for me to solve the problem. A comped night or at least another room would have been a nice gesture. We were in 314 Thursday 4/20/2023 - Saturday 4/22/2023.

Room was noisy all night with what sounded like water rushing under walls. Happened every few minutes.

The linens and bed work extremely clean. The front desk lady was the nicest Absolutely welcoming and friendly.

The location was so so vacant dilapidated buildings around it, definitely felt like I had to make sure everything was out of the car and locked with the people that were hanging around that area. But other than that it was great.

I didn’t like the 4 pm checking time. I believe if the room is available at an earlier time then checking should be permitted. the reason for this is the front desk cut my key off at 11 am the day I checked out!!! check our is 12:00pm. I went to load my car and found out the key was not working. I had to walk around the building to get back in and the front desk clerk said it’s already 11:00!!! she activated my key only to find it worked one time and was deactivated again. I hope the Management team can see the frustration it’s unnecessary to deactivate the key when it’s not Time. whatever happened to Good Customer Service. it only exists at Chick-fil-A!!!!!

Fan in bathroom not working, outdated tv.

It’s an older Hampton, but it was clean and the room was great! Just as nice as a newer property.

Light bulb in bathroom above sink was burned out which I realized within 5 minutes after check in. Front desk said that if I could put up with it for the first night it would be replaced in the morning as there were no other available rooms. When I returned around 6pm the next day it had not been replaced. They claimed that the sheet of paper that they wrote the problem on had been accidently trashed. The sink area was too dark to even shave. Might not sound like too much of an inconvenience but was unnecessary.

The lady working the front desk on the evening shift was really wonderful!! She was friendly and very helpful!! The Breakfast was good and there was a good variety. The bed was comfortable. The location was easy to get in and out.

The lady working the front in the mornings was less than friendly. She seemed to have an attitude. I am from the country and was unable to sleep due to the noise of traffic and sirens. The pillows were not comfortable.
