The room was clean and comfortable

The lady was a little rude when arriving. She asked if we smoked or had pets with us. I said we don't smoke or have pets with us. The cost was high but understandable due to the game and proximity to the stadium.

There was no breakfast. The lobby is entirely unavailable. The only access is through a bulletproof window outside with a towel jamming the opening.

It was close to where we needed to be.

There wasn't any coffee as advertised. The pillows and towels had stains on them and there was hair still in the tub from previous dweller. It was not a 200.00 a night place to stay.The air conditioner did not work.

I did not stay in tbe room, I didn’t know I was getting a smoking room so I asked to change but there wasn’t any other rooms. It was very disgusting and my daughter wouldn’t even come in. I was dropping my daughter off at her college but she wouldn’t stay in tbe nasty unsafe hotel. I over heard another guest got their stuff stolen out of the room. The door had a half inch crack even with the door shut. I felt so unsafe that I decided to just drive tbe 4 hrs home. The clerk had the doors locked so no body could come in tbe front, sge told me she didn’t feel safe letting guests in. That alone made me not stay. I basically opened the door and left with the keys in tbe room, so disappointed.

This place is absolutely nothing like the description online! Not only is the room nasty but there's burn holes in the covers, no coffee pot, refrigerator does not work, power outlets hanging out of the wall, ac barely blows, people at front desk are mean and horrible and no commentary breakfast like described! To have all this in one room is unconceivable!! This has to be the worst hotel experience I have ever had! I do not recommend anyone ever stay at this hotel! It should be shut down!!

Everything listed above and the fact that the website portrays something completely and totally different than what it is in real life! Honestly I should be demanding my money back!!
