Breakfast was great the location was great

The bath tub was rusty. The shower head needed cleaning and the mattress cover needed cleaning it was a stain left on the mattress cover.

breakfast was amazing, large selection cold and hot foods and fresh prepared omelets.

I wish they would reopen the sauna and install a hot tub.

Comfy and staff was very accommodating and quick to respond to any issues and needs. Close to everything you need in the area. Loved the living room area being separate from sleeping area with door. Made easy for kids.

Not happy about hotel Allowing loud group of guests to continue to chant and scream well past midnight down in lobby so loud that we could hear all night on 7th floor. But the hotel it self was no issue.

Location good

There was a group from a little league hockey team staying there and some of the kids were allowed to play on the elevators and run through the halls. When I called the front desk at 10:30 about the noise in the hall (after asking the kids myself if they would please be quiet because we had a sleeping 16 month old baby) I was told they couldn’t say anything until “quiet time” at 11 pm. We were staying on the premium floor, the kids running around were not from our floor they were playing on the elevators and randomly getting off on different floors and running down the halls racing back to the elevators. I feel that was more than a “quiet time” issue and should have been handled. part of that fault lies with the parents which is sad but I think it should have been addressed by the hotel for the sake of other guests.

Amazing breakfast. Weekday prices for room are good, weekends, not so much.

Saturday prices were extremely high. I would stay here more if the prices stayed the same as during the week.

price constantly changed, I booked at 182 then price when to 202 and I checked out and I get a receipt for $249!! pool was COLD (supposed to be heated). sauna broken.
