Easy to book and confirm on a moments notice. Has weight room , pool etc.
housekeeping was top notch A+. Room was spotless.
There were no USB hubs anywhere in the room.
The breakfast area was tiny for the size of the building. For the amount paid you’d think the breakfast was more than instant eggs and a few times.

Room was nice and bed was very comfortable. I liked that the bedroom was private with a door.
The bathroom counter was really tall and awkward. Also the sitting area the TV needs to be on different wall in front of couch not too the side

Our room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful with our minor plumbing issue and fixed it quickly.

Our room was clean and very comfortable. There was a great restaurant for dinner we walked to across the road. Breakfast was ok, good but not great.

Location was perfect for volleyball and shopping we needed to do. Beds were comfortable.
Continental breakfast left some to be desired - wasn't full and it was busy with only one woman trying to keep up with us all.

Clean, well appointed suite. The staff was friendly and helpful. Good parking and proximity to I-65. Plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby.
The bed was a bit hard for me. The breakfast was unimpressive. Otherwise all was great!

I've been staying at this location for many years. The staff are all fantastic and have become like family. The hotel is clean and inviting and the location is prime to great shopping and restaurants. I couldn't recommend this place higher!
Wi-Fi has some issues, but I'm certain that they are working hard to get that back to normal.

Everything was perfect. No issues. Room was very clean and neat. Very comfortable bed. Will use every stay in the Franklin area.
