Lobby was nice

Rooms were dates and staff had trouble checking me in. Mens room in the lobby was under renovation and i had to go up to room on elevator to use the restroom when downstairs. Shower seal leaked and it wasn’t possible to shower and not get the floor soaked.

Didn’t have no ice in the ice machine

The floor in our room was SOAKING wet, the pool and hot tub was full of allege. There was a drop of blood on our room carpet. Front desk staff did not have hospitality. Over all the hotel was dirty. We left to go stay at another hotel. Would give a zero rating if it were an option.

The smell in the lobby was horrible. The room smelled like smoke and blinds didn’t work

Bed was hard

Everything was perfect and we ate in the restaurant that was in the hotel and the food was amazing. We also ate breakfast at the same restaurant which was included in the price of our room but it was delicious as well.

I wish there was a door that seperated the living area from the bedroom. There was a closet in the area where the bed was at, that I thought was a closet to hang clothes, but it had a deadbolt on it and was locked with a key. The air conditioner unit was in there and it was so noisy and loud that it made it difficult for us to hear the tv and our daughter was sleeping on the pull out couch and she had trouble hearing her tv because ours was so loud. That is another reason why I think a door would be great to separate the bedroom from living area.

The Hotel has a great location. The Lobby is awesome. The rooms are very comfortable. The breakfast was good

When I arrived I made the check in I think the staff wasn't in the mood. He wasn't very nice, it didn't smile at us....every can have a bad day!
