Breakfast was wonderful and the ladies that prepared it were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel location was next door to venue. That is why we booked. Room was spacious. Staff was friendly and accommodating. But for cost we expected more.

Bed was uncomfortable made our hips ache by end of stay room a little musty. Due to long meetings we had very little time to eat if at all or get out and drive for around for food. more satisfying breakfast provisions would have been welcomed and where were the cookies?? 😂😂😂😂 apples are a nice option but not a replacement for a warm cookie with your coffee or hot tea especially when it is freezing temperatures outside.

We thought the location was perfect. The staff was very nice. They offered a big selection of food at breakfast, which was very good. We will stay here again during future visits to Branson.

Clean...comfortable beds and Roomy room. The only issue was the extremely hot water that would prevent showering and the toilet was full of hot water also. .

There was a internet search that said that they had a hot tub. The second night when I went to take a shower there was no cold water just straight hot. My wife went down the second morning at 9am and there was no breakfast left. The third morning she went down at just after 8am and same story again no breakfast. Worst hotel stay in a very long time.

Location is GREAT! At the west end of the Theater District, but not in the middle of all the hustle. Lots of parking available.

I cannot remember EVER seeing or having to use a toilet as LOW as the one in our room. The "SQUATTERS" found throughout parts of Europe and The Middle East and Asia are as comfortable as the toilet in our room. Fortunately, I found a nice ADA restroom outside the pool that I was able to use when needed so I did not injure myself trying to get down, then back up from the stool in our bathroom.
