The entire facility is under renovation, there is no staff early in the morning or late at night, the room was horrible- the door handle was broken and would come off, the restroom door wouldn’t lock, the sofa bed was broken and not usable, one of the full beds was broken too and there was roaches.

The hotel is under contruction, stinks, is dirty. As soon as we went in the room we got out. Worst experience.

everything it was under major reconstruction. The rooms were totally busted. The furniture was broken had holes in it. The couch sofa was busted. Had to get a mattress and sleep on the floor. It was horrible. none of the amenities were there that were listed with that much remodeling going on. It should not have been open.

the property was having construction all over the hotel inside and outside . on the door coming into the hotel it said no free breakfast and no refunds. they should of just either posted about the construction or just closed the hotel and given people their money back

reconstruction is reasonable Soo no negative remarks .great fresh yo from the last time I came (2017)

Holes on the wall , electrical wires exposed, mold on the ceiling, vehicles parked in handicap without permit. "No pool, breakfast or vending machines,Nothing like Booking.com advertice"

Amerik Hotel was once a solid 4 star hotel that has seen better days but is a good value. Spacious room. Being refurbished. The good parts are good…

Check-in staff was surly. Hotel refurbishment has a ways to go. Stingy on amenities, pillows, bed covers, TV quality (small), towel quality (you know those towels we issued in HS Phys Ed?) 1 x 3 gallon waste basket.

That they were remodeling and they didnt say that the pool was not clean and that was rhe main reason i got it and then breakfast they had no breakfast when it said they served some thwn the parking was hectic it was a fail
