1.The young man at checkin and other times was very rude. I even witnessed him put a caller on hold to finish something on his cell phone. The older lady was good. 2. Also stay was paid in full but I was charged 67 cents more at checkout. 3. housekeeping spoke no English and couldn't understand when I told her not to go in bathroom because my husband was in there. 4. Handicap rooms should have walk in showers. Climbing over the tub is difficult and sometimes impossible.

The beds were amazing an very clean

Location and room ok

The bathroom toilet was not working properly. There was no hook to hang your towel behind the door. We would not advise other service groups with dogs for this hotel even though it's a violation of both Ada and housing.

My family stopped there for one night. We were traveling 10+ hours for a funeral. After checking into our room we discovered the door would not lock. After multiple attempts to change rooms the front desk clerk insisted they were fully booked and wouldn’t move us. The parking lot had very few vehicles in it…so he lied. Our family slept with a chair and luggage against the door. Needless to say we did not rest that night. When checking out we spoke with someone else about our concerns. We were told that we should have been moved and she apologized for our experience. She said that we would receive a discount. I have not receive it yet. Please check the locks on the door if you stay at this facility.
