The breakfast isn't included. The hotel bed was awful. The elevator had a huge puddle of water and when we told the front desk he said he knew and would eventually get it cleaned up. It was still there a hour later while he was sitting in a chair behind the desk.

It was clean. The breakfast was excellent. The waitress was friendly. The desk personnel at check in and check out were friendly and professional.

After check in, we wanted to relax for a few minutes with a cup of coffee and tea. The coffeemaker was broke. So. We went directly to the front desk. We were told maintenance would replace it in the morning. So I asked for a cup of coffee from the "pantry". We were told that's broken, too. The coffee maker was never replaced while we were there. We brought back to go cups, and enjoyed other people's hospitality. We just won't be back to this hotel. A broken coffee maker seems like a small thing but after a long trip a 10 minute break with something comforting is huge.

property felt new and fresh. The staff was pleasant and responsive. The room (including the bathroom) were nicely appointed and clean.

AC in bedroom was a bit noisy and the high levels of CO2 on my portable sensor were not great (regularly >1,500ppm) and there were no opening windows.

My truck was broken into. The hotel takes zero responsibility. We had to drive home 3 hours in 108 degree heat with no window

I was overcharged for my room based upon the quote I got from Booking.com. The front desk staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. There is practically no water pressure in the Second floor room number 223. There was no housekeeping service because they said they were understaffed. I plan to leave as many bad reviews on social media as I can.
