Very dirty compared to are last visit ! Stuff on walls that were not wiped down room smelled of mildew piece in front of our door just broke off making it a tripping hazard had to ask to clean are room they just marked it off as though they did ! Husband was using the bathroom in the lobby while ours was beening used someone knocked he said it was occupied then 10mins later a worker knocked same thing but this time the worker started unlocking the door while he was using the toilet !! While getting my free breakfast I was hounding what my room number was and name but yet asked no one else I have stayed at plenty of best westerns with no issues and I will never go back to this place again also lobby had no ac

AC at the lobby was not working for 02 weeks they said. Ice machine at the 3rd floor not working, bed sheets had stain and when my wife went to the front desk ask for a new set they said they did not have and if we want you they could cancel my reservation, however it was midnight. breakfast at the lobby was unbearable, extremely hot area because the AC was out, very unpleasant. made a reservation on Thursday afternoon and should be informed about the ac.

The hotel staff were very friendly and the rooms were very clean.
