The place was beautiful

I disliked the 2 different snack areas that had to be purchased separately at the front desk, horribly inefficient.

Clean, near airport.

Already a bit pricey, but the biggest frustration is they charge $45 PER NIGHT for parking despite having a substantially sized parking lot. Didn’t feel like this was advertised well and was slapped with this reality upon check in with no other options. Basically increases the price of the stay by a hidden 25%.

When I arrived it was after a long day and bumpy flight. Max checked me in quickly and so politely. He had answers before I asked questions. He is really a great asset to Irvine Marriott.

The balcony I paid extra for was literally a thin slab of concrete. I couldn't even fit outside to stand on it and I'm not a big person. It was really disappointing.
