There was nothing I didn't like

I had to pay AGAIN for the room, staff claimed booking.com “never pays them.” Room was dirty, mold in the bathroom, trim falling off, sliding door handle literally falling off, air conditioner didn’t work well dumped water every time it turned on. Key cards didn’t work in multiple places, big hassle. I thought I was safe with a Courtyard Marriott - not this one it was BAD.

Well honestly the staff was helpful.

The rooms smelled like mildew and the towels and washcloths were wet. The balcony door didn't open.
